With all the chemicals that can be on fruits and vegetables, and dirt, washing them prior to eating is important. We used to use Organic Fit Wash but have just switched to....Vinegar. That's right, vinegar for the win...again! Just fill a bowl with enough water for your chosen produce and add 1/8 to 1/3 cup white vinegar. If you are impatient to eat it, like me, swish your produce around for a couple minutes. If you have more patience, let the produce soak for 10 or so minutes. Rinse thoroughly afterwards. No, there is no vinegar aftertaste. Enjoy!
