Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

The move to another host does, unfortunately mean that all my blog posts were lost :(  I will be adding back some of the older ones that were most popular, starting with frozen yogurt popsicles!

Frozen yogurt popsicles, anyone?  Yes, please!  With the weather people so hot we looked for a cool, healthy treat and these were just the ticket.  All you need are the fruit(s) of your choice, vanilla yogurt and, possibly, honey.

Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh fruit or fruit mixture
  • Honey (if needed for sweetening)

Blend all the ingredients together.  Add honey to taste.  Place in molds and freeze!  Voila!

Incidentally, I've also been on the look out for smaller molds.  The regular size ones are to big for a 2 1/2 year old to finish..either before they melt or he gets full.  Enter Zoku Fish Pop Molds!  They are just the right size (about 1/3 cup) easy to clean up and fun.  No, I'm not affiliated in anyway with the company.  I just love them!
